Course Description

The S3 Art and Design course is a broad general course that covers both expressive and design outcomes. Integral to this course is personalisation and choice. Pupils will build practical skills in class towards national coursing in S4. When possible, gallery excursions and an end of year exhibition of their work will form part of their Art and Design experience.

Progression

Progression from the S3 Broad General Education Course leads to Art and Design National Qualifications at National 3, National 4, National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Level.
